On April 11, 2026, S.I E&C Vietnam successfully conducted a comprehensive training session for welders, fitters, and helpers at the SI E&C meeting room. The program focused on elevating quality standards from the initial fit-up stage to the final visual inspection, emphasizing strict adherence to Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS) and machine safety. By identifying and addressing root causes of common defects – such as improper joint preparation or incorrect parameters – we reinforce our commitment to a professional workplace driven by employee responsibility and awareness. These scheduled 30-minute monthly sessions, held during the second week of each month, serve as a vital cornerstone for maintaining international quality benchmarks and ensuring absolute occupational safety for our dedicated workforce.
