After nearly two months of construction, our Welding Training Center is nearing completion and will soon be operational.
The program aims to improve workers’ skills and secure a high-quality workforce for our factory.
Training sessions will be conducted during working hours, combining 20% theory and 80% practical training, enabling participants to learn and apply directly on the job.
The courses are guided by QC members (theory) and skilled welders (practice).
After completing the program, trainees will take a final skill test, and successful candidates will be promoted to official welders with an updated salary level.
This marks an important step toward our company’s sustainable development — empowering people through skills, and building a stronger future together.
