In accordance with the approved training plan, the Company successfully conducted a skills assessment examination for workers undergoing welder training to evaluate their eligibility for promotion to be official welder.
The theory examination was held on December 29, 2025, followed by the practical examination on December 30, 2025 at the Welding Training Center. Throughout the examination, workers demonstrated their understanding of safety regulations, technical knowledge, and welding skills under the supervision of the HRM, Fabrication, and QA/QC Group.
The examination was carried out in an orderly manner and in compliance with company regulations. The results of this assessment will serve as an important basis for reviewing promotion decisions and adjusting relevant employment conditions in the future.
