On Wednesday, March 11, 2026, S.I E&C Vietnam organized a training session for employees focusing on workplace safety and the introduction of regulations under the Labor Law. The training aimed to enhance awareness of safety practices at work while improving employees’ understanding of relevant labor regulations.
In the first part of the program, the training focused on workplace safety, presenting practical situations and examples to help employees identify potential risks and reinforce the importance of complying with safety regulations. The second part of the session introduced Article 125 of the Labor Law, helping employees better understand the cases in which disciplinary dismissal may be applied and the importance of complying with company regulations.
Through this training program, employees gained greater awareness and knowledge regarding workplace safety and labor law compliance, contributing to the development of a safe, disciplined, and professional working environment at S.I E&C Vietnam.
